The Contractor shall be responsible for site preparation, installation of a pre-purchased containerized water treatment plant, and the supply and installation of a backwash wastewater holding tank and decant pump system, standby backup generator, piping, electrical, and site works as indicated within this bid document. The containerized water treatment plant has been pre-purchased by AFN. At the time of contract award, the containerized water treatment plant is anticipated to be manufactured, tested and in storage at the manufacturer's location and ready to ship to the project site. Provisional works include the supply and installation of 100 mm dia. watermain and 22 water services with curb stops. The base scope of the project shall be completed no later than January 31, 2026. The provisional scope of the project, if awarded at the onset of the project, shall be completed no later than February 28, 2026. The Comprehensive General Liability Insurance shall: a. Have a limit of liability not less than $5,000,000 inclusive for any one insurance. b. Include insurance against liability for bodily injury and property damage cause by vehicles or equipment owned by the Contractor. c. Be endorsed to provide that the policies will not be altered, cancelled or allowed to lapse without 30 days written notice to Alderville First Nation.
