Refer to Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications and Drawings for complete project details. The contractors scope of services as described below: The bidder is to include for all labour, material, equipment, supervision, coordination, and health and safety requirements to complete the full scope of work identified in this entire RFQ. Bidders shall include for providing project progress updates, weekly or at regular frequency agreed to by BGIS and the vendor to suit the project progression. The progress update shall include but not limited to a progress of work, trades on sites, crew size(s), potential risks & opportunities, HSE, site conditions, material & equipment deliveries / delays, weather etc., in a documented sequential format with photos (time and date stamped), provided to BGIS PM and the Prime Consultant for review. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
