Reference Number 0000303072 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 06, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Client is requesting to remove all ceiling tiles and have an open ceiling concept. HVAC painting air balancing, redundant data cables ect, full retrofit to the ceiling. Ductwork and install new ductwork. Bid Securities Mean a Bid Bond and Surety's Consent as Defined Below: (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date. Ii. A Surety Consent Indicating That, in Accordance With Section 5.18.1. Of This Itt, the Surety Company Will Furnish the Contract Security Which Shall Include a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond of the Bid Price or a Consent From the Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank That an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in the Amount of 50% of the Bid Price Will Be Furnished.
