Reference Number 0000303146 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/14 02:00:00 PM EDT The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of medium and low voltage maintenance, switching, inspections and as-needed services The Proponent shall be responsible for conducting monthly visual inspections of all directly connected medium voltage electrical rooms on the OHSC 13.2kV loop. These inspections are required only at OHSC sites. Inspection Scope: Familiarize with locations and access protocols for each electrical room Verify device status using single line diagrams Visually inspect and document conditions of equipment, including switchgear, transformers, ventilation, lighting, and ancillary equipment Maintain and update the OHSC substation key lockbox and logbook Submit all inspection documentation to the OHSC TAC representative, who will disseminate to relevant OHSC partners Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
