Reference Number 0000303133 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 10, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Replace the Motor Control Center MCC-E2 (entirely based on the condition of the unit) to Code and replace the controller on each of the two fire pump systems. The Motor Control Center supports the tenants air conditioning in the building and there is very sensitive equipment that needs air conditioning 24/7. E.g. all IT rooms and areas. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Proponent’s Bid. Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid. Pre-Registration is no longer required.
