Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ewing, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid guarantee is required in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid guarantee shall consist of a certified check or cashier's check to the order of The College of New Jersey, or an individual or annual bid bond issued by an insurance company or surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful Bidder(s) is required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract. A Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification form must accompany the performance bond. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of The College of New Jersey.
