FLAME DETECTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT FOR THE TRENTON-MERCER AIRPORT HANGER LOCATED AT 601 JACK STEPHAN WAY, EWING, NJ 08628. Bids shall be electronically uploaded on BidNet Direct. NO physical bids shall be received, opened, or honored. If bid bond is required, it must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, not to exceed twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, payable to the County of Mercer. A copy of the bid guarantee must be submitted electronically, and the original must be mailed to the Department of Purchasing prior to the electronic bid opening. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the BidNet website. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the bid package is uploaded by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline will not be accepted. The contractor shall furnish and install a complete flame detection and fire alarm system replacement, including but not limited to: o One (1) new fire alarm control panel (FACP) with display to indicate flame detector status. o One (1) new booster/power supply to support flame detectors. o Six (6) new IR3 flame detectors Honeywell FSL100-IR3-W or approved equal. o Six (6) new monitor modules for individual detector supervision and annunciation. o All new conduit, wiring, and terminations required for full system functionality. o Removal and/or bypass of obsolete equipment as necessary. o Programming, system startup, testing, and end-user training.
