Renovation of a military facility in Ocean City, Maryland. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and military facility.

A site visit is strongly encouraged and must be prearranged in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form for background check as per military security policy, unless they possess a Military ID, Rapid Gate, or TWIC. Vendors must submit a completed SF-18 and a technical capabilities statement (maximum five pages). The vendor must be able to accept payment through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR parts 13 and 15, and must be a Firm Fixed-Price proposal broken out by labor hours, labor category, materials, and other direct costs. Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Located at USCG Station Ocean City, 610 South Philadelphia St., Ocean City, MD 21842 1. Remove existing security cameras and replace them with new cameras that are capable of infrared/night vision capabilities and all cameras must rotate 190 degrees. 2. Install new cameras around recommended areas to provide a full view of property. 3. Provide camera installation equipment such as poles, adapters, electrical, and associated hardware/materials as needed. 4. Provide technical support, system programming, testing, and certification during installation
