The Mayor & City Council, Town of Ocean City, Maryland is seeking Quotes from qualified and experienced Vendors to provide for the North Division Street Welcome Signage and for said work to conform with the Proposal Documents. Minority Vendors are encouraged to compete for the Award of the Solicitation. Doc Notes: Vendors are responsible for checking this website for Addenda before submitting their Quotes. The Town is not responsible for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party service. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Quote Documents. Pre-Quote Meeting: NOT APPLICABLE For information regarding Quote Documents and requirements, please contact Procurement Manager Matt Perry at mperry@oceancitymd.gov or call (410) 723-6647, or Purchasing Associate Dawn Leonard at dleonard@oceancitymd.gov or call (410) 723-6643. Vendors may request a site survey to review the current signage by doing so formally in writing to Matt Perry, Procurement Manager, at mperry@oceancitymd.gov. 1.17. Fabrication, shipping, delivery, and installation must be completed no later than MONDAY, MARCH 2 ND , 2026.
