The Project consists of upgrades to most of the existing HVAC systems and boiler systems serving the school. The building automation system will be upgraded to remove all legacy pneumatic systems and upgrade controls throughout the school to a system using a Niagara platform. The existing wet-pipe sprinkler fire protection system will be extended throughout the classrooms located on the west wing of the building and a dry-pipe sprinkler fire protection system throughout the attic space located on the east wing of the building. B. The existing lighting control system will be replaced and upgraded to a new BlueRidge system. Corridor lighting with be replaced with LED. Classroom technology will be upgraded in most classrooms. The 800A electrical sub-panel in the boiler room will be replaced. C. Structural platforms will be installed on the roof to support new roof top air handling units and the roofs on the 1954 building along with replacement of part of the building's roofs. D.
