Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wood Dale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Renovation of the lift station in the sanitary sewer collection system at 247 Foster Avenue in the Village of Bensenville, Illinois. The renovation work will include: bypass pumping; removal and replacement of curb and gutter and asphalt; demolition of existing pumping equipment, piping, and related electrical equipment modifications and repair work for existing precast manhole structures; and installation of new pumping equipment, piping, valves, and electrical controls and instrumentation. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Bensenville re-serves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing
