Purpose The intent and purpose of this IFB, is to establish an annual contract with a qualified supplier to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment to provide maintenance services for Enhanced Nutrient Removal ("ENR") Tanks 5 - 12 to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the "County") Department of Public Utilities, Water Reclamation Facility ("WRF") located at 9101 WRVA Road, Henrico, Virginia 23231, in accordance with the Scope of Work/Services section of the solicitation. Scope of Work/Services The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, etc., as required, to successfully provide maintenance services for Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) Tanks 5 - 12. A. General Requirements The Successful Bidder shall perform in accordance with the details, project requirements and specifications regarding ENR Tanks 5-12 provided in Attachments I - Z of this solicitation. The contract period shall be one year. Contract prices shall remain firm for the contract period. The Purchasing Division reserves the right to waive any informality, as defined in Va. Code 2.2-4301, in bids and to award in part or in whole or to reject any and all bids. The reasons for the rejection shall be made part of the Contract file.
