Technical questions should be directed to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER through online Scope of Services The City is seeking a General Contractor ("Contractor") experienced in public facility construction and demolition to perform repair utility work at the old City library and clear the remainder of the Valley Center Point site located at 1198 N. Imperial Avenue, El Centro, California 92243 to permit future development. The project consists of the demolition and disposal of 120,000 square feet of existing building structures, foundations, walls and appurtenances at the existing Valley Center Point site, site improvements and utility restoration work at the remaining old city library building as indicated in the plans and specifications. Furnishing all labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, supervision, appurtenances, construction permits, utility owner coordination, and all utility and transportation services required for the project.
