Reference Number 0000302871 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/08 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of janitorial services; for the supply of all that is required, including but not limited to, supervision, labour, plant, equipment, transportation, tools and materials necessary for floor to ceiling janitorial services of all interior and, where applicable, exterior areas as specified herein. 1.1 The Work shall consist of the supply of all that is necessary, including but not limited to, supervision, labour, plant, equipment, tools and materials necessary for the provision of floor to ceiling janitorial services of all interior and, where applicable, exterior areas as specified herein. 1.2 The services are required for a period of five (5) years starting December 01, 2025, to November 30, 2030, with a further two (2) optional one (1) year terms, for a total of seven (7) years. 1.3 The Work includes the following ITEMS: 1.3.1 ITEM 1: Janitorial Services at 360 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB 1.3.2 ITEM 2: Janitorial Services at Winnipeg Corporate Facilities (a) Includes subITEMS 2.01 through 2.24 1.3.3 ITEM 3: Janitorial Services at Select Rural Corporate Facilities (a) Includes subiTEMS 3.01 through 3.07 1.3.4 ITEM 4: Carpet Cleaning at 360 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB (a) Refer to Subsection 5 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.5 ITEM 5 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Additional Carpet Cleaning at 360 Portage Avenue (a) Refer to Subsection 6 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.6 ITEM 6 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Dust Crawl Spaces (a) Refer to Subsection 7 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.7 ITEM 7 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Window Cleaning at 360 Portage Avenue (a) Refer to Subsection 8 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.8 ITEM 8 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Window Cleaning at Other Locations (a) Refer to Subsection 9 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.9 ITEM 9 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Parkade and Loading Dock Powered Sweeper Cleaning (a) Refer to Section 10 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.10 ITEM 10 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Ceiling Louvers (a) Refer to Section 11 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.11 ITEM 11 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Lighting Fixtures (a) Refer to Section 12 of the Technical Requirements for details. 1.3.12 ITEM 12 (PURCHASER'S OPTION): Ceiling Cleaning (a) Refer to Section 13 of the Technical Requirements for details.
