Description

Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 140,400-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.

Construction of a new Medical Countermeasures Laboratory Facility with high containment laboratories. The Gross Building Area is estimated to be 13,000m2 and will be constructed adjacent to the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba. TIMELINE: RFP for design, construction administration, and post construction services has been awarded. Plans are conceptual; design completion anticipated in 2029. Construction not expected prior to 2030. Further update spring 2027. *Budget includes total estimated project costs.
