Reference Number 0000303075 Pricing Lump sum The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Repair, replacement, maintenance and modifications of roofing components, including but not limited to, sloped roofs, flat roofs, living roofs, eaves, soffit, shingles roofs (sloped), gravel roofs (flat), SBS Modified Bitumen roof system (flat), metal roof (slopped) and upside-down roof, fascia and all metal works associated. D2.3 The Work shall be done on an “as required” basis during the term of the Contract.
