A non-mandatory site visit will be held. The removal and disposal of one 5-ton Liebert Challenger and condenser at Club Regent Casino. The removal and disposal of one 5-ton Liebert Challenger and condenser at McPhillips Station Casino. Supply and install one 5-ton Stulz Environmental unit or equal alternate system to replace the 5-ton Liebert Challenger system at Club Regent Casino. Supply and install one 5-ton Stulz Environmental unit or equal alternate system to replace the 5-ton Liebert Challenger system at McPhillips Station Casino. Install all new related refrigerant piping for each 5-ton Stulz system at the equipment and on the roof only. Remaining piping to be flushed/cleaned and reused. All required equipment, parts, materials, refrigerant and labour are to be included in the price. The existing discharge air ductwork is to be re-used at each Casino. Proper piping practices must be followed, and equipment start-up and commissioning must be done. Work location is in the Mezzanine Surveillance equipment room at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Street Station Casino. The units have two power feeds. House power and Diesel generator power (APS). During work, please tag out/lock out both feeds. All electrical will be completed by the In-House MBLL Electrical Department. Approximate total length of refrigerant piping to be replaced on the roof at CRC: Liquid line ~ 90 ft Suction line ~90 ft Liquid line elbows - 10 Suction line elbows 10 Existing line sizes 7/8" and 1 1/2 " Approximate total length of refrigerant piping to be replaced on the roof at MSC: ~ 30 ft line Quantity of fifteen (15), 90 elbows of each size 7/8" and 1 1/2 " a. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor, including products and completed operations, and including coverage for non-owned automobiles with minimum coverage limits of $5,000,000. Said policy shall name MBLL, its directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured; b. Automobile public liability and property damage liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of $5,000,000 on all vehicles owned/operated by the Contractor; c. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and those whom the Contractor is responsible are covered by workers' compensation insurance as required under "The Workers Compensation Act (Manitoba)". d. Employer' Liability Insurance (for employees not covered under the Workers' Compensation Act or similar legislation) shall be required with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence.
