Reference Number 0000302850 Pricing Lump sum D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of electrical distribution upgrade and new Genset at Fire Station 1 - 65 Ellen Street, as per drawings and specifications. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Supply and installation of new standby Genset and all associated equipment as per drawings and specifications. (b) Upgrades to existing electrical distribution as per drawings and specifications. (c) New basement Smoke/CO detectors, Electrical Room luminaires and emergency light/battery combo as per drawings and specifications. D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $450,000.00. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
