Reference Number 0000303065 Pricing Lump sum The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Minor electrical system maintenance and modifications, including but not limited to, installing and or replacing panel boards, transformers, switch gear, fire alarm, security, data/telecom, transfer switches, new lighting, lighting control systems, receptacles, motors and motor controlling equipment, heating equipment, building automation systems, preforming preventative maintenance on variable frequency drives, motors, pumps, generators and troubleshooting equipment failures, etc. D2.3 The Work shall be done on an “as required” basis during the term of the Contract. The Work to be done under the proposed Contracts shall consist of minor electrical system maintenance and modifications in City owned and/or operated buildings at the direction of the Contract Administrator for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
