Reference Number 0000302241 Pricing Lump sum Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 9:00 AM CT D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of new stormwater conveyance infrastructure from Parcel B of the NEWPCC site to the John Black LDS near Main Street. This infrastructure includes an LDS trunk from Parcel B to Parcel C, a stormwater retention pond located on Parcel C, an LDS trunk from Parcel C connecting to the existing John Black LDS near Main Street, manholes and appurtenances in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Drawings. Additionally, removal of impacted soils within the proposed LDS alignment is included. D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 153 m of twin 1350 mm land drainage sewers from Parcel B to Parcel C. (b) Installation of approximately 873 m of 900 mm land drainage sewer between the stormwater pond and Main Street near Foley Avenue. (c) Installation of approximately 79 m of 1800 mm land drainage sewer west of Main Street from Foley Avenue to John Black Avenue. (d) Trenchless construction of approximately 42 m of 900 mm land drainage sewer in a 1200 mm steel casing undercrossing the CPKC railway in the CPT ROW. (e) Connection of the new land drainage sewer to the existing capped 900 mm LDS from the John Black Outfall. (f) Excavation of stormwater detention pond (Dry Pond), fitted with inlet/outlet structures and anti-seepage collars. (g) Off site disposal of approximately 4050 tonnes of impacted soil stockpiles in the CPT ROW. (h) (Provisional Item) Trenchless construction of approximately 55 m of 1050 mm land drainage sewer undercrossing the CPKC railway from Parcel A to the 1350 mm LDS on Parcel B. The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, and agreement to bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba.
