SITE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE FULL DEPTH PAVEMENT FOR NEW ENTRANCE/EXIT RAMPS AND PARKING AREA WHILE MAINTAINING A PORTION OF THE EXISTING CLOSED WEIGH STATION CONCRETE PAVEMENT.
