Specifically, the project consists of constructing a new parking lot along Springdale Road, expanding the parking and storage lot at the Parks and Services Office, and building a new parking lot northwest of the township office. The location is on Springdale Avenue within Colerain Township limits, and the site work includes storm sewer, site grading, and pavement work.
