This project is to provide design and construction for a permanent rectangular shape tension membrane covered truss-type building. The estimated construction cost of this project is $200,000.00. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed 120 days after written Notice to Proceed. The Belmont County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids which are deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated. A bid guaranty shall be provided with the bid in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. o Approximately 52 feet wide x 96 feet long, one-ended building to store road salt. Similar sizes and capacities may be considered. o Building to be fabricated using US Steel o Building to be erected on contractor-supplied concrete pad and pier foundations. o Interior bunker wall systems to be constructed using 8' tall precast bunker panels o Building required to have a minimum interior vertical clearance of 28 feet (including foundation) from finished floor to center as shown in the drawing. o Contractor shall provide engineered, stamped drawings for buildings and foundations by a licensed engineer in the State of Ohio. o Work must be completed 120 days after written "Notice to Proceed". o Belmont County reserves the right to award a contract to lowest, most responsible bidder.
