Fairmount Park Storm Drain - Dexter Drive to Bowling Green Drive, Phase 1 Questions regarding bids: ALL questions pertaining to Bid 8211 shall be submitted ONLY online. Proposed project in Dexter Drive will entail cleaning and lining an existing 36" reinforced concrete pipe storm drain line, beginning at the outlet on Dexter Drive and extending to the manhole near Dexter Drive. Proposed project also includes rehabilitation (as needed) of existing maintenance holes, point repair of the 36" line as noted on the plans. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Question Deadline 09/29/2025 at 2:00 PM PT ALL questions pertaining to Bid 8211 shall be submitted ONLY online The Contract time shall commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will not be allowed to commence any Work until evidence of Construction Yard has been secured and the location approved by the Engineer. This project is expected to generate approximately 50 cubic yards of excess excavated material including the volume of all existing surface and below-surface improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and AC pavement. The lawful disposal of all excess material generated by this project is the Contractor's responsibility. The volume indicated are the raw volume numbers. The contractor shall be responsible to evaluate the plans, geotechnical studies, etc. to determine any adjustments necessary
