This includes coordination with DISTRICT, Federal, State and Local authorities, utilities, neighboring property owners, special events, and other contractors. Traffic Control permits, notifications, mobilization, temporary signs, barriers, lights, flagging personnel, striping, markings, and demobilization and removal. In compliance with the local, State and Federal regulations regarding storm water management during construction, the CONTRACTOR shall not allow any debris, waste materials or pollutants, originating from the CONTRACTOR's operations, to enter the storm drainage system. This Section describes the general requirements and procedures for piping systems (pressure pipe and gravity sewer pipe) and appurtenances that apply to a number of other complimentary Specification Sections. This Section includes, but is not limited to: connections to existing piping, joint restraint systems, flexible couplings, grooved end or shoulder couplings, bolts, nuts, gaskets, polyethylene wrap, warning/identification tape, tracer wire, gate well and extension stems, temporary above ground piping (high line), field touch up, abandonment and removal of existing facilities, and salvage. This section describes the requirements and procedures for leakage and infiltration testing of gravity sewer systems. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract, and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents.
