**As of November 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Custom Craft Flooring, with an awarded amount of $126,980.61** Jurupa Valley City Hall - Interior Floor Replacement Project The removal and replacement of existing workstations, along with the replacement of interior flooring, including but not limited to flooring demolition, subfloor preparation, installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile and carpet, finish trim installation, and final site cleanup, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Due to City Hall's status as an active government facility, all work shall be performed in carefully planned phases to ensure minimal disruption to public services and daily operations. The contractor shall coordinate each phase of work with the Department of Public Works, maintaining public access to open areas at all times and scheduling disruptive activities outside of peak business hours whenever possible. Work areas shall be isolated and secured to protect staff, visitors, and equipment, and noise, dust, and other construction impacts shall be minimized throughout the project. All work shall be performed during the agreed-upon hours approved by the Department of Public Works. The contractor must maintain safe public access routes to all open City Hall areas during construction. No phase may begin until the prior phase is substantially complete and accepted by the City's Project Manager. Any changes to the approved schedule must be submitted in writing for approval by the Department of Public Works.
