The County of Riverside Purchasing & Fleet Services Department on behalf of the Office of Economic Development County Service Area department is seeking competitive bids for park restroom janitorial services at six (6) locations. Janitorial services shall be inclusive of all the required labor, cleaning solutions and equipment, tools and materials necessary for the completion of services as outlined in the more detailed Scope of Work section of this RFQ. The County is seeking a one-year agreement with the option to extend the period of performance one additional one-year term, potentially reaching a maximum period of performance of two years. It is the contractor's responsibility to assess the necessary labor required based on the Scope of Work. Deadline for Submission of Questions on September 17, 2025 at 1:30 P.M..
