Question Deadline 09/08/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Please Contact John Harden with any questions or comments at (951) 955-3089 or at jharden@rivco.org The MHRC program provides inpatient intensive support and rehabilitative services designed to assist individuals with mental disorders who would have been placed in a state hospital or another mental health facility to develop skills to become self-sufficient and capable of increasing levels of independence and functioning. The facility will consist of approximately 115,000 building square feet with a controlled entrance, parking spaces, individual bedrooms, nurse station/medication room, exam room, consultation room, office space. Common amenities include a commercial kitchen/dining area, restrooms/showers, laundry facility, group rooms, game room, living room space, exercise area, and outdoor space. Following evaluation of the Request for Proposal responses by the committee, the County may choose a winning firm, or a short list of firms may be selected for interviews. The number of firms selected for interviews would be at the committee's discretion. Contract award(s) will be based on the selection of the firm deemed most qualified for the Project as well as successful scope/fee negotiations. The County reserves the right to immediately select a winning firm, to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularity and to require the proposer to verify, clarify, or explain any part of the submitted proposal, including conflicts of interest.
