The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of The Transportation Department is soliciting quotations for steel (unless specified otherwise) traffic signal poles, mast arms, anchor bolts, and auxiliary components as detailed in "Exhibit A" of this RFQ. Bids shall include all transportation costs, labor, taxes and equipment for off-loading the product for the traffic signal poles as listed in the cost summary in Exhibit "B" and on the PublicPurchase.com cost sheet which is to be completed and returned in you PublicPurchase.com response. The County does not guarantee any item or any dollar amount will be purchased. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County. Bidders are encouraged to submit their best price initially as County may award without negotiations.
