Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 30 sanitary sewer manholes and 3,800 linear feet of 8-inch through 20-inch diameter sanitary sewer lines by conventional open cut installation, pipe, bursting, and curedin-place pipe lining. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Bidders are to include their Arkansas License number on the outside of their sealed bid. Bids shall only be received from registered Bidders. The City of Fort Smith encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor.
