Site work for a transportation facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
This project generally consists of clearing and grubbing approximately .13 acres of existing tree line, removal and disposal of (3) existing trees, construction of approximately 420 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer lines with (2) 4' diameter manholes and (1) 3' diameter manhole, and related work items. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the contract in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other Contract Documents as herein before defined, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said drawings.
