Interpretations of the bid or additional information as to its requirements, where necessary, shall be communicated to bidders by written addendum after written requests have been received from the bidder. The initial term of this contract is the calendar years 2026, 2027, and 2028. The initial term will begin January 1, 2026 and end December 31, 2028. The City of Fort Smith may exercise an option to renew the contract for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year periods under the terms and conditions herein.
