EDT Questions due to Joshua Howell at howelljo@westmoreland.edu No bidder may withdraw his bid for the period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Westmoreland County Community College reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a qualified vendor that can replace concrete steps at the Business and Industry Center. The work will require demo of the steps and affected sections of the concrete to the main building entry doors, removal of debris and disposal of waste, concrete preparation, pouring of new concrete, cleaning affected areas and restoring surrounding areas back to original state (dirt/mulch/grass). The exterior railing will need to be uninstalled and reused upon completion of the concrete. Also, the concrete will need to be sealed at the proper time after curing the concrete. The College would like a warranty and concrete and services provided. The Pricing Bid Form provided in this RFP includes an expanded list.
