Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Youngwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Request for Proposal Health and Culinary Center Concrete Walkway Replacement No bidder may withdraw his bid for the period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Westmoreland County Community College reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a qualified vendor that can replace concrete walkway at the Health and Culinary Center. The work will require demo of the affected sections of the concrete walkway, removal of debris and disposal of waste, concrete preparation, pouring of new concrete with a preferable 4 inch depth, cleaning affected areas and restoring surrounding areas back to original state (dirt/mulch/grass). Also, the concrete will need to be sealed at the proper time after curing the concrete. The College would like a warranty and concrete and services provided.
