Replacement of approximately 640 feet of 6-inch cast iron water main with 8-inch PVC water main along Depot Street from 8th Street to 1000 Street in Youngwood Borough, Westmoreland County. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the contractor's name, contract number, and date. Bidders are responsible for viewing the project site on their own. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received, to reject any bids, or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project.
