The work of this Contract comprises the Puko'o Residence Renovation project for the County of Maui Department of Fire & Public Safety (DF&PS), Project No.Q-FR-23-02, at TMK: (2) 5-6-002:002, Kaunakakai, Hawaii, to include but not limited to the renovation and addition to the existing dwelling, site improvements, utility improvements, and interior improvements.
