Site work for a water / sewer project in Kaunakakai, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of replacing the existing submersible pump, pump control panel, piping, and providing electrical upgrade and replacement for the new lift station equipment at Kaunakakai Harbor. Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor A or Specialty Contractor C-37 license at the time of bid opening and maintain the license throughout the contract. Each contracting entity is responsible for holding the appropriate license for the scope of work they will perform. Bidders must submit and upload their complete proposal documents prior to the posted offer due date and time. Any additional support documents explicitly designated as confidential and/or proprietary must be uploaded in separate files. Failure to upload the required proposal documents will result in rejection of the bid. All responses to questions and requests for information will be issued only by formal addendum and posted accordingly. Questions deadline: 3/24/26 at 2:00 PM All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO Estimated Budget: $230,000 to $280,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
