Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Prospective bidders can address all questions to the office of the engineer at (717) 461-3916 attention Mr. Bryan Clement or by contacting the WCIDC directly at (724) 830-3610 attention Ms. Melissa Iarussi. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation negotiable U.S. Government Bonds or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid for the West Gable Wall Replacement at Mt. Pleasant Glass Center shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 110% of the contract price and certificate of insurance prior to the award of the contract. All requests for information shall be submitted in writing to the office of the Engineer at bclement@hflenz.com on or before 5:00 p.m. local prevailing time Wednesday October 15 2025. Requests for information will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on October 15 2025. The WCIDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. **IMPORTANT: Electronic Contract Documents are for viewing ONLY. No electronic document files are to be provided to contractors for bidding. ALL contractors interested in bidding the project MUST request bid documents directly from H.F. Lenz Company.**
