Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes regrading and paving of an existing parking lot, regrading of a terraced hillside, drainage improvements, and exterior lighting improvements within Frick Park. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent of the proposal, in favor of Mount Pleasant Borough. The bituminous price index in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 is applicable for the contract. Mount Pleasant Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days after the actual date of the opening.
