Supply and delivery of Generator Step-Up (GSU) transformers and associated ancillary and control components for Fort Peck and Oahe Dams. The contractor shall design, manufacture, and deliver all transformers to their respective power plants. Post-delivery, the contractor is responsible for final acceptance testing and commissioning of the transformers after interconnection to the power plants. Specifically, the scope includes the supply of GSU transformers 4 and 5 located in Switchyard #2 at Fort Peck, and all 10 GSU transformers at Oahe. Solicitation questions and/or comments must be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at: https://www.projnet.org/projnet/. All Bidder Inquiries must be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days before the proposal due date in order for inquiries to be given consideration or actions taken prior to the receipt of offers
