Renovation of a municipal facility in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
a. This project includes the full scope of work as detailed throughout the plans, specifications, and the entire project manual. b. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and permits necessary for the proper completion of the work. c. For the purposes of the contract, Owner or Owners Representative shall mean Brent Gill, Buildings & Grounds Director and Kristine Day, Deputy State Engineer. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Any person who plans to bid on the project may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation of any part of the Plans and Specifications or Contract Documents. Requests for interpretations shall be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids. Electronic bids will be accepted for the Visitor Center/Boiler Plant, Roof Replacement, Capitol Complex, Pierre, South Dakota, OSE# ACC26--11X. Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the office of ISG, Inc., 122 E. Sioux Ave., Suite A, Pierre, SD 57501. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying Plans and Specifications must agree it is for the sole purpose of submitting a bid. The Plans and Specifications are the sole property of the State. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must either pre-mail a certified check, cashier's check, or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or upload a copy of their 10% bid bond into their electronic bid, made payable to the Bureau of Human Resources & Administration of the State of South Dakota. The BHRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
