Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Piron Vossoughi at piron.vossoughi@chp.ca.gov. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Truckee Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products including 2-ply toilet paper, trash can liners, consumables, etc.), materials, tools, equipment (including, but not limited to, brooms, buffers, and mops), labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide three (3) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid Business License throughout the term of the agreement. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Truckee Area Office 10475 Pioneer Trail Truckee, CA 96161 3. The services shall be provided during dates and times that are mutually agreed upon between CHP Project Representative and Contractor.
