The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to upgrade the Vindicator Security Camera System. The scope includes removing existing Vindicator camera systems and associated hardware, and installing new Vindicator camera systems and associated hardware. The contractor must ensure that the new system is fully operational and compatible with existing infrastructure, and must provide training to designated personnel on the operation and maintenance of the upgraded system.
