Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
Deadline for questions regarding construction plans, specifications, and/or bid documents must be received before 5:00 P.M. on October 16, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County Manager with a 5% bid bond with submittal, and if selected, furnish the County Manager with a performance bond and proof of liability insurance prior to commencing work. The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities. SE TYRE ROAD - US 90 CONNECTION IMPROVEMENTS Construction of turn lanes on US 90, approximately 3150 LF, and realignment and construction of SE Tyre Rd (NFMIP West Entrance) for approximately 1600 LF. Work on this project includes widening, asphalt paving, drainage improvements and utility construction. Major items include (but are not limited to) maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, grading, stabilizing, base construction, earthwork, stormwater facility construction, asphalt paving, grassing, and updated signing and pavement markings.
