Description

Renovation of a military facility in Minot AFB, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

A Design-Build contract is being contemplated for the complete renovation of a single 34-person dormitory building at Minot Air Force Base. The selected contractor must demonstrate the ability to produce a 100% design package for the renovation of a multifamily residential building, incorporating all applicable local, state, federal, and installation rules, regulations, and standards. Upon acceptance of the design package, the contractor will be responsible for executing the full renovation in accordance with the approved plans and procedures. Interested contractors should be registered under NAICS 236118 and have relevant experience under NAICS codes 541310 and 541330.
