Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City of Dearborn hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide both design engineering services and project management services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept or reject any proposal in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in proposals received if it is determined by the Purchasing Agent that the best interest of the City will be served by doing so. If all Proposals are rejected by the City, notice will be posted on the City's websites as noted on the Cover Page of this document.
