Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
*As of 10/28/2025, all bids have been rejected.* The scope of work includes four (4) electrical system upgrades to provide redundant feeders or tie connections to Switchgear 1A/1B, MCC 7, MCC 8, MCC 13, and BPS MCC for all of the elements shown and described within the plans and specifications. Work will start on/before October 27. 2025 and conclude by January 30, 2026. All bids will remain firm for 90 days after the bid opening. CLCJAWA reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or to accept any bid proposal, which in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the public or to waive any informalities in bidding. Only bid proposals in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents will be considered. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.
