Description

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project replaces failing septic systems in the Highlands subdivision with modern grinder pump systems that discharge to a shared lowpressure force main. The new system will direct wastewater to the Chesapeake Beach Wastewater Reclamation Plant. The project is included in the County's 2026 -2031 CIP Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
