Build Nova Scotia (BNS) is seeking professional consulting services to assess the Picton Castle Warehouse, located at 174 Bluenose Drive, Lunenburg, NS. The scope of services includes the preparation of As-Built drawings, a Building Condition Assessment (BCA), and a comprehensive structural assessment, documentation and evaluation of the foundation of the building. The deliverables outlined in this Scope of Work (SOW) will inform planned upgrades and renovations that will improve the building's safety, functionality, and condition. The Consultant shall provide a full-service fee proposal detailing the costs of producing these deliverables, as outlined below and per the terms of the current Building Design Standing Offer with Public Works.
