Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Cheektowaga, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.

Sealed proposals are invited for the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals required for the reroofing of the Cheektowaga Highway Garage, located at 3145 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227. This includes all related work to be completed in place, tested, and ready for use, in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Plans, Specifications, and Instructions to Bidders prepared by the Town of Cheektowaga Engineering Department. All proposals must be submitted on the provided forms as a complete, sealed volume to the Town Clerk, clearly marked for the project. Copies of the Contract Documents can be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office for a fee, with a refund of the deposit for bidders who return documents in good condition within ten business days of bid opening. All work must be completed within sixty consecutive calendar days, beginning five days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. A pre-bid inspection will be held at the project site. The right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities is reserved.
